Booted-Bus Drama!

Boot-Bus
Today the drama was intense! Jewish-Beauty knee-high booted one wore her adorable brown calf  boots and she needed them! She wore her boots under some nice tan slacks and a grey sweater over a floral blouse. Very nice!
The drama started shortly after she boarded. On the very next stop, a Gyeneth Paltrow looking blond got on the bus wearing a skirt and knee-high zip up dark brown boots with a 3.5" heel!! My heart literally stopped beating and I fell onto the floor of the bus Dead! It was over, I was on my way to Boot-Heaven. I saw the Pearly White Boot-Gates and there was Peter, holding a golden knee-high boot. I had made it and I was happy. It would be sad to leave all of my friends and family but really you are my family and friends too and friends, I can assure you.. all is good in the After-Boot-Live.
But back here on Booted-Earth there was drama unfolding on Boot-Bus. Right after I collapsed, JB, immediately jumped up out of her seat and exclaimed... Stand BACK! I'll save him! I have Boots ON!! She put her hands on her hips and looked up toward heaven for effect as if to tell Peter. BootBoy is mine, you can't him yet just  yet old man. The whole bus fell silent. The driver brought the bus to a screeching halt and then JB put her tiny little size 5.5 on my chest and proceeded to do chest compressions. Immediately upon her little foot touching my chest, I was blessed and began a nose-dive back toward Booted-Earth. JB gently pressed upon my chest four or five times, applying the slightest bit more pressure each time. And then, I was back! I looked up and could see her Jewish Beauty face and she smiled. Some other bus passengers helped back to my seat. I profusely thanked her, but she just shook her head and said. I was only doing a my job.
Gweneth then, nodded slightly to JB, smiled and mouthed,  "Well done Princess Booted One. Well done.

I managed to recovery from my near boot death experience and made it to work. At lunch time, I noticed a small brunette woman as she passed on the sidewalk. She was wearing knee-high zip up Classic brown boots right out of the 70's. They were obviously newer, but the style was super-hot. She was wearing glasses and looked oh so cute and smart.
I needed a boot-fix in the middle of the afternoon and took a chance that Starbucks might yield some boots and sure enough, there were Two Egyptian goddesses sitting at separate tables looking oh so regal. A younger woman was wearing knee-high flat tan colored boots while reading and listening to some music. Just as I was walking past her, an employee knelt down next to her to "stock some coffee on a shelf". It was obvious, he was brought to his knees by her boots, but I managed to lean in and tell her I liked her boots. She gave a very appreciative thank you.
An older Egyptian goddess was talking to an admirer, giving her sage advise to her eager listener. She was wearing knee-high zip up suede boots with a wedge heel.
After work, I saw something truly special... Booted-Mom! She was wearing knee high zip up light brown boots with a 1" heel pushing her baby in stroller. Never mess with a mother, but if she has knee high boots on too, she is lethal!
The rest of the week is supposed to be in the 80's, not boot weather, but there is always that one goddess who wears her knee high boots no matter the weather. We can only hope and pray to the booted-goddess. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to our German and Russian readers. Boot Nation welcomes our European readers!
Good Boot-Day, nation.

Birthday Party Boots

I went to the bar again today to watch the Giants win yet again over the Padres 4-1. If the Giants keep winning this blog may become more about them than Knee-High Boots...Oh, who am I kidding?
There was a birthday party at the bar and it's a good thing because outside of the bartenders, there were no women there. I was just about to give up in failure and then I saw a nice women wearing knee-high riding boots   walking through the bar. She was thoroughly engrossed in her conversation, so I had no chance to compliment her on her riding boots. They looked good on her though and that's what is important.
I didn't really see any other boots the rest of the day. One pretty pair of riding boots is good though.

Tomorrow is the start of a new boot-week. Happy Boot-Spotting, nation.

Target has Knee-High Boots

Saturday, April 28
If you're looking for boots on a Saturday afternoon, go to Target! I saw at least 5 pairs of knee-high flat boots during my shopping. The highlight of the day was a young woman wearing tan OTK flat riding bots. I had to stop, back up and then tell her... I like your boots. To which, I recieved a warm, Thank you with a big smile. I complimented a Persian woman on her black Pirate boots and she too was appreciative. Best boots of the day!
Prior to the bullseye at Target, I saw a mature woman wearing flat suede brownboots and I too told her I like her boots. She was happy for the compliment.
This evening it was raining and I went to a bar to watch my Giants beat he Padres 2-1. As I was parking I saw another mature woman wearing flat brown riding boots. Good rain boots. And then after the win, when it was raining even harder, I saw two women crossing the street without an umbrella with their jackets over their heads as their only protection from the rain. I wanted to give them my umbrella, but they were too far away. They were wearing matching brownish-orange flat heel boots. They had their boots to protect their little feet from the rain.

Boot Season will be over soon but in the meantime, the nation hibernates for the night.

Friday, April 27th
The bus drama continues...
There is a pretty woman in her late-20's of Jewish beauty who rides my bus every morning. I've noticed her because she's pretty, so I know she has not worn boots in a while, Until today. Perhaps, she was inspired by the pretty woman yesterday and she wanted to get in on the Booted Action as well. However it happened, there she was this morning wearing Adorable calf-high chocolate brown boots with a 2.5" heel and rounded toe. She wore her boots with a skirt and tights. She's kindof small, even with her boots on, her little feet barely touched the floor. She's a quiet bus-rider. She doesn't read or play with phone, or even listen to music. That's my favorite type of bus companion. We had never spoken, but I had to compliment her on her boots, of coarse. She replied with a much deeper voice than I had anticipated because of her small stature. Sortof a Miley Cyrus tone.
I did not see any booted ones at lunch, so my expectations after work were low, but then just as I was crossing the street, I looked up and there she was right in front of me! Knee high zip up 3" heel boots brazenly worn over jeans. Her boots had a stylish buckle near the top of the shaft She was listening to headphones and lost. As I waited for my return bus home, I saw her walking around the area. Made me happy.
Just prior to my bus arrival, I noticed from a half a block away a young woman wearing thigh-high boots with shorts! Whoa, even from that distance it was breathtaking.
The busride provided two short glimpses of young women wearing knee-high flat heel boots. Apparently, they had just finished some kind of Boot Battle and were going their separate ways. I don't who won though.
Lastly tonight, my friend on the left coast has a new nickname... Angelic Booted Goddess or ABG for short. She is sweet and knee-high booted.. brown boots. Brown Boots!
Goodnight nation. Good nite.

INTRODUCING MISS LUANA TO BOOT NATION

Introducing Miss Luana to Boot Nation

Thursday, April 26
Best bus ride ever today. Soon after I got on the bus, a woman in her 30's boarded. Hard to miss knee high boots with a mid-lenght skirt. Her boots were $80 Macy's man-made pull-ons with a pointed to that squared off at the tip. She sat down right next to me and proceeded to pull out her phone and write a rather long email message. She was fairly plain looking, but her boots were a sex-factor 9. It was obvious she has a job with a lot of responsibility and she was wearing a phat rock on her left hand. So apparently someone likes her... I wonder if her boots affect him they way the effected me? Dumb question huh? As I was exiting, I leaned forward and softly told her I liked her boots. She gave a somewhat surprised, but appreciative thank you.

Boy was I surprised. I was looking for another boot but they did not have it in gray. I reluctantly bought this boot for a specific outfit and found it to be beautiful. What really surprised me is that although it has no zipper, it goes on and off your leg very easily. What also surprised me was the comfort. You really don't feel like you're wearing boots. The biggest suprise, however, was the price--very inexpensive. This boot is a light-weight...perfect for cool weather.

After work I dropped by the dry cleaners and the very cute Mongolian girl told me that she sent her boots back to Mongolia. She had some very nice tan riding boots. She likes boots though, so I'm sure she will be getting more next fall.
On my way home, a cute little Filipino woman got on the bus. I have seen her before. She is only 5"1 so shes hard to miss. She was wearing ankle high rubber rain boots. She told me has several pairs of knee high boots. She was friendly enough, so that was nice.
My California friend and I have been talking a lot. More boot chat today. She has a total of seven pairs of knee high boots and started wearing them after hs. She told me that her arch of her brown boots broke at one point and she had them fixed. Thank god! Talking to a woman who loves wearing knee high boots is heaven. Wow.
Well, tomorrow is Friday. The bars and clubs will be hopping with boots after work and into the evening. And isn't Friday mandatory jeans and boots day? Enjoy.

A sleepy nation dreams of boots.

FireHouse Grill & Brewery is the Official Southbay Restaurant

FireHouse Grill & Brewery is the Offical Southbay Restaurant of Boot Nation!
FireHouse is a sportsbar and ALL of the servers wear knee high boots as part of their uniforms.
Sports and Boots. The best combination of all-time. There are locations in Sunnyvale and East Palo Alto. The Sunnyvale location is located in the historic downtown district. Even when every other bar on the strip is emtpy, FireHouse is packed. The girls are the main attraction. It is an honor to interact with all of these booted ladies. Kat, featured in the above commercial has been my server several times. She is obviously very pretty and wears Great Boots!
The Palo Alto location is located across from IKEA. This location is struggling a bit and needs our support. Ask for Taylor when you go and tell her BootBoy sent you.

ATTENTION: West Coast Boot Correspondants Needed

ATTENTION: WEST COAST BOOT CORRESPONDENTS NEEDED
The Knee-High Booted Ones on the East Coast will soon be putting their boots away in the closet until September. San Francisco and Seattle are year-round boot towns though, so if you live on the West Coast your boot-sense is needed!

Lunch is Booted-Hour
I did some errands at lunch today and sure enough as I was walking to the train, I saw a woman approaching wearing knee high zip up 2" heel stack heel boots. After completing my errand, I was waiting for my train and was captivated by a college girl wearing canvas like knee high flat-heel boots. She did many cute things with her feet. As her train approached, I said goodbye to the goddess of afar and she was gone. Moments later though, my train arrived and when the doors of the full train opened, a brunette 30-ish woman stepped off to allow other passengers to exit and then she stepped back in. I followed close behind and stood across from her, smiled and said "I like your boots" She returned a wide smile and said in a surprised tone... Thank you! She departed a few stops later and I could see her beautifully rich brown boots had a 3" rounded heel.
My friend in Concord, CA texted me today and reported she wore the same boots yet again today. We chatted about her boots and I was very happy. She said she didn't see all the fuss about fastening the zipper when she put them on this morning, but we need know what all the fuss is about and its heaven. Thanks for sharing.

Tuesday, April 24

The Goddess was happy today. First thing, while sitting down to breakfast, I saw a woman in her 40's crossing the street with classic black leather knee high zip up 2.5" heel boots. They are the kind of boots I dream about. I knew it would be a good day.
The rest of the day featured only a few pairs of boots. At lunch I passed a pretty young woman wearing  pant suit and wearing boots under her slacks. She looked very professional. I complimented her on her boots and she returned another hearty Thank you. Clearly she likes her boots too! After work, I passed a woman sitting sitting and having a cigarette while wearing knee high zip up black leather chunk heel boots. Without her boots, she would not have been very attractive. But she was wearing good boots and that always helps. As I was waiting for my bus, an Eastern European woman passed by me wearing knee high tan 1" heel boots. She was wearing a short skirt and her coat game just to her hem line. Even though, her boots were only 1" she looked very good in them.
The nightlight of the day was a text conversation I had with a friend. She texted me and showed me the zipper on google. Turns out she was wearing some of the best boots of all-time. She's had them for about five years. They are triple-tone brown with a 3" heel. Unbelievable! To her boots are an everyday item.. to Us they are life changing events.
BootBoy must now sleep, but the Nation is always awake...

Special Post: Boot History

Thanks to Google for bringing the Zipper to the world's attention with the Doodle for Google promotion showing the zipper.

Gideon Sundbäck (April 24, 1880 – June 21, 1954) was a Swedish-American electrical engineer. Gideon Sundbäck is most commonly associated with his work in the development of the zipper.[1]

Contents

[hide]

Background

Otto Fredrik Gideon Sundbäck was born on Sonarp farm in Ödestugu Parish, in Jönköping County, Småland, Sweden. He was the son of Jonas Otto Magnusson Sundbäck, a prosperous farmer, and his wife Kristina Karolina Klasdotter. After his studies in Sweden, Sundbäck moved to Germany, where he studied at the polytechnic school in Bingen am Rhein. In 1903, Sundbäck took his engineer exam. In 1905, he emigrated to the United States.[2][3]

Career

In 1905, Gideon Sundbäck started to work at Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 1906, Sundbäck was hired to work for the Universal Fastener Company of Hoboken, New Jersey. Subsequently in 1909,[4] Sundbäck was promoted to the position of head designer at Universal Fastener.
Sundbäck made several advances in the development of the zipper between 1906 and 1914, while working for companies that later evolved into Talon, Inc. He built upon the previous work of other engineers such as Elias Howe, Max Wolff, and Whitcomb Judson.
He was responsible for improving the "Judson C-curity Fastener". At that time the company's product was still based on hooks and eyes. Sundbäck developed an improved version of the C-curity, called the "Plako", but it too had a strong tendency to pull apart, and was not any more successful than the previous versions. Sundbäck finally solved the pulling-apart problem in 1913, with his invention of the first version not based on the hook-and-eye principle, the "Hookless Fastener No. 1". He increased the number of fastening elements from four per inch to ten or eleven. His invention had two facing rows of teeth that pulled into a single piece by the slider, and increased the opening for the teeth guided by the slider.[5]

Drawing of the 1914 patent filing
In 1914, Sundbäck developed a version based on interlocking teeth, the "Hookless No. 2", which was the modern metal zipper in all its essentials. In this fastener each tooth is punched to have a dimple on its bottom and a nib or conical projection on its top. The nib atop one tooth engages in the matching dimple in the bottom of the tooth that follows it on the other side as the two strips of teeth are brought together through the two Y channels of the slider. The teeth are crimped tightly to a strong fabric cord that is the selvage edge of the cloth tape that attaches the zipper to the garment, with the teeth on one side offset by half a tooth's height from those on the other side's tape. They are held so tightly to the cord and tape that once meshed there is not enough play to let them pull apart. A tooth cannot rise up off the nib below it enough to break free, and its nib on top cannot drop out of the dimple in the tooth above it. U.S. Patent 1,219,881 for the "Separable Fastener" was issued in 1917.[6]
The name zipper was created in 1923 by B.F. Goodrich, who used the device on their new boots. Initially, boots and tobacco pouches were the primary use for zippers; it took another twenty years before they caught on in the fashion industry. About the time of World War II the zipper achieved wide acceptance for the flies of trousers and the plackets of skirts and dresses.[7]
Sundbäck also created the manufacturing machine for the new zipper. Lightning Fastener Company, one early manufacturer of the zipper, was based in St. Catharines, Ontario. Although Sundbäck frequently visited the Canadian factory as president of the company, he resided in Meadville, Pennsylvania and remained an American citizen. Sundbäck was awarded the Gold Medal of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences in 1951. Sundbäck died of a heart condition in 1954 and was interred at Greendale cemetery in Meadville, Pennsylvania.

Personal

In 1909, Sundbäck married Elvira Aronson, daughter of the Swedish born plant manager Peter Aronsson.

Legacy

In 2006, Gideon Sundbäck was honored by inclusion in the National Inventors Hall of Fame for his work on the development of the zipper.[7][8] On April 24, 2012, the 132nd anniversary of Sundbäck's birth, Google changed the Google logo on its homepage to a Google Doodle of the zipper, which when opened revealed the results of a search for Gideon Sundback.[9]

The goddess was pleased today and provided boots for her admirers.

I saw three very nice pairs:
Pair One: a very pretty Persian young woman walking with her boyfriend at lunch. She was waring knee high flat heel riding boots with the cutest buckle at the very bottom of her ankle. Her boots had a nice band of suede at the top and the rest of the boot was patent leather. Her boots look expensive and made her look quite powerful.
Pair Two: As I was leaving the work were on a pretty brunette talking on her cell phone. She was wearing knee high zip up 1-inch black leather boots. Her boots made her look extremely elegant.
Pair Three: After I left the bar...watching my beloved Giants, I walked past a pretty Asian women wearing knee high motorcycle boots. I told her I liked her boots and she gave me a hearty, Thank you. I got the feeling that she really liked her boots and was glad someone else liked them as well.

If you see any boots, please share with the rest of us. Boot Nation lives!

Sunday, April 22

I left New York today. I saw two pretty good pairs of boots as I was waiting for the shuttle to the Metro Station, both calf high with decent heels. The first woman had on spike heel, pointed toe, light brown boots. They made a nice noise as she was walking. The second pair were black with ruffles and a very cute 2.5 inch chunk heel. It was cold and she was walking with a very stylish sleeveless flowing blouse. I was impressed that she was not deterred by the cold.
I took the Metro to Penn Station. It was a long ride from Queens, but revealed surprisingly few boots. The trip was highlighted by a pretty Asian young woman wearing a pair of knee high rain boots with a very stylish buckle by the top of boot. At Penn Station, I was able to glimpse two other pairs of knee high boots. As I waited for my sandwich to be prepared at a local delicatessen, a rather short woman stood next to me wearing over the knee flat heel suede boots. I chatted with her briefly about her boots. She reassured me that they were water-proofed. I complimented another Latin woman on her calf high boots with a 3 inch heel. She smiled very warmly.
As I arrived home though, I was treated by a short young Asian woman wearing knee high zip up 1.5 inch heel stylish black boots. I went way out of my to compliment her on her boots. Her English was not very good, but she responded with a very cute, Thank you.
For all of the rain, we've had today, I am shocked at the lack of boots. San Francisco would have had more boots that I could have counted. I am not discouraged though. The temperature has flucuated quite bit on the East Coast over the last week. I think the rain may have caught our goddesses unprepared. My bus featured quite a few flip-flopped goddesses. Not a bad trade off, although I felt bad. They're little feet must have been very cold. I am hopeful for a few pair of boots tomorrow.
The Goddess provides boots if she is pleased.

Boot Nation Innaugural Entry - Saturday, April 21, 2012

Welcome to the Inaugural Boot Nation entry!

I am writing this blog to further the extraordinary contributions of http://alixkendallworship.blogspot.com. If you have never visited this blog, you should do so daily. To me it meets several core elements and values I have for a Boot related website:

  •   Knee High boots on women who wear them                                           because They sincerely like boots!
  •   RESPECTFUL appreciation of women in boots.
  •   Lots and LOTS and LOTS of Knee-High Boots!
I have big dreams for this blog. Our fetish is a need. It's like food, water and shelter. It exists inside of us for whatever reason we will never understand. Our friends, family and others may attempt to also understand, tolerate or even encourage us, but only we truly understand each other. Through the above blog I have encountered like-minded boot fetishists who truly respect the women who put them on. We are a tremendous community of intelligent, talented and hard-working people. With your help, we can make this something special and hopefully make a humble contribution to our community. This is for all of Us. It is OUR Boot Blog. So please contribute. While we may have lots of different kinds of fetishes, this blog is about Women wearing Knee-High Boots!

Introduction
My name is BootBoy. I used to live in the San Francisco Bay Area and from the mid-90's to the mid-2000's I was very active in the fetish scene, going to clubs, concerts, parties and events like Burning Man and Mardi Gras. We may have even met at some point in my career. However, since my career in public life came to an end, I have been searching the "Next Thing." A way to experience my fetish and this is it. As a fetishist, I have always had the need to interact with other people regarding my fetish. So in this way, I will interact with other fetishists as a blogger. I will share some of my personal experiences and philosophy from time to time and I am eager to have other boot fetishist share the same. Women take their boots out of the closet every day and put them on, it is time for us not to "come out of the closet", but to not be ashamed of the effects that boots have us and reward the wearers of knee high boots with the esteem they deserve.

While we may have lots of different kinds of fetishes, this blog is about Knee-High Boots! I would also like to invite non-fetishists to contribute to our site. I think everyone on the planet likes a women in great boots. It goes without saying, that women who wear boots are more than welcome to make contributions as well. Boot Fetishist worship you so we’d be very honored by your contributions.

A little about me. I have had a boot fetish since I was a small child. I have a bachelor degree in liberal arts. I am a semi-professional.. I became BootBoy in 1994 when I started going to Bondage-a-Go-Go in San Francisco. This club changed my life and I will forever be grateful to its owner, George, for helping make me who I am today. During my career, I have kissed over 20,000 shoes, boots and feet. So, I have lots of experience talking to women about their boots.

Personally, I will keep my real identity private and expect that you would as well. We understand and respect each other as boot fetishists. Our friends and family may as well. Others may call us perverts, weakening whatever status we may have achieved in lives. Therefore, we will guard our real identities.  However, we are not perverts. Those that would use that term to describe us are only attempting to dehumanize us. I think most people have some type of fetish to a varying degree. Ours is particularly strong.

Surprisingly, though I have to admit that my first love is not knee-high boots.. its Baseball. Go Figure!

The last thing I’d like to say before I kick make my first entry is that women love to wear knee-high boots and they like to wear them for the exact same reasons we love them. Knee-high zip up boots have been around for less than 50 years and every year they become more and more popular and are manifested in different ways. Women drive the demand for boots because they think they are fashionable, warm and give them a sense of confidence. Boots make women feel powerful. Doesn’t that make you feel warm all over?

April 21, 2012
I am visiting New York to watch the San Francisco Giants play the New York Mets.  The game had an unfortunate ending for Giants fans as Buster Posey made a throwing error that allowed the winning run to score. Heartbreaking!

All was not lost, however. Because even though baseball broke my heart yet again, I got to see three pairs of knee high boots at the game, after all, this is New York. The weather was sunny…upper 60’s. Twenty years ago, you would never have seen a pair of knee high boots on a hot girl at a major league baseball game. But a lot more women like baseball now and with the advent of downtown stadiums with lots of bars and restaurants around, baseball games can be a great place to see boots.

Pair One: I was seated in the right field bleachers before the game.  I woman walked up the aisle wearing knee-high black suede boots with a tall wedge heel.

Pair Two: Just prior to game-time, a Mets employee strolled past the walkway below my seat. She was wearing greyish-brown suede boots with a 2-3 inch chunk heel. The best boots of the day.

Pair Three:  After the game, while walking to the bus I noticed a woman had knee high boots on. She was walking slowly with a small group of people. As it turned out, I ended up passing her by a narrow pathway, so I was able to compliment her on her boots. She was very appreciative and even yelled at her friends. “See, somebody likes my boots.” She continued and told me they had made fun of her for wearing her boots. Boot Nation loves your boots. Thank you for wearing them today.
