Lucy is first generation from Taiwan. She grew up in Queens, New York and learned martial arts when she was young. She used to beat up the neighborhood boys using her karate. 

Lucy mostly wears her knee high boots on the silver screen and for photoshoots. Her stunt double, Ming Qui also wears the same boots. Vanessa Hudgens is one of the cutest actresses in Hollywood and one of the most prolific knee high booted wearers too! Vanessa has a very unique look. Basically, she is part Asian and part European, but not in the usual American father and Asian mother. Her ethnicity is as follows: On her mothers side she is Filipino, Chinese and Spanish. On her fathers side she is Irish and Native American. 

Vanessa is another Disney product. She grew up in the small California Central Valley town of Salinas. Her big break came when she starred in High School Musical 1 and 2 in 2006 and 2007. Vanessa has been active every since. 

Vanessa's boot wearing comes from her personal life. She wears a lot of suede OTK flat boots, but mixes it up a bit with some other textures and heel heights. Vanessa wears her knee-high boots to the airport, when she'd doing errands and when she goes on dates. Her favorite knee-high boot looks are to wear her boots over jeans or with shorts. We can be assured that Vanessa's style will inspire other beautiful young women to also wear their knee high boots!

We have 90 postings now, so there is plenty of content from which to chose. We are midway through the summer boot-drought. Around mid-September we should start to see the knee-high boots come out of the safety of their closets and start pounding the pavement.
